We know that the use of other people's personal data is a big problem for users of social networks and platforms, so we at Teleport have developed a "Privacy Policy" so that you know how we use personal data. By using the Teleport website and/or application, you agree to the "Privacy Policy" and authorize the collection, storage, use and dissemination of your personal data in accordance with this Policy. You control your account and this data is available to you at any time. In the interests of security, and to ensure you have the best experience using the messenger, Users must verify their account. The data you provide gives you the opportunity to make sure that you are not a robot! We also fight against fake accounts that can be used to harm other Users, as well as to commit cybercrimes — such accounts pose a threat to Teleport and prevent other users from enjoying their use. IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS You can join Teleport or use its individual functions only if you are over the age of 18. This means that Teleport intentionally does not collect any information about persons under the age of 18. We do not attract or encourage the use of our service by persons under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not provide us with information about yourself. If we become aware that persons under the age of 18 have registered with us and provided their false personal data, we will take measures to terminate the registration of this user and delete any information from Teleport. If we deleted your account because you violated our "User Agreement" on the minimum age (18 years), we can save your e-mail, phone number and IP so that you do not try to circumvent our rules by creating a new profile. How to retract a claim of infringement of intellectual property rights (copyright or trademark rights), sent by Teleport? If you have submitted a complaint about intellectual property infringement and then come to an agreement with the person who published the content, or if you complained about the content by mistake, the complaint can be withdrawn. To do this, it is best to write to us and specify the text of the complaint. When we receive your notification of withdrawal of the complaint, we will restore the content if it has already been deleted and send you a confirmation email. In some cases, we are unable to restore the content, for example, due to technical limitations or if the content was deleted for other reasons unrelated to your complaint of intellectual property infringement.

These "Terms" constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and Teleport (hereinafter referred to as "We"). Materials that you can post on Teleport You can post any materials, posts, including publications, photos, emails, messages, audio and video content, as well as other content on Teleport. However, there are some rules regarding what is considered acceptable materials. So, when you use Teleport, you should not post, send or upload content which: • contains swear words or insults that can offend another person; • is indecent, pornographic or otherwise offensive to the feelings of another person; • is offensive, insulting or threatening, demonstrates or incites violence, self-harm, suicide, racism, sexism, hatred and intolerance; • calls for illegal activities, including terrorism, racial hatred, or the publication of such materials, which is a criminal offense; • is slanderous; • refers to commercial activities (including, without limitation, sales, advertising, links to other websites or paid phone numbers); • contains spam; • depicts a person, company or brand for the purpose of deception or confusion; • contains spyware, adware, viruses, corrupted files, worm programs or other harmful codes intended to disrupt, damage, limit or interrupt the operation of any software, equipment, telecommunications, networks, servers; Trojan horses created to damage, interfere with work, illegally intercept or seize any information (including personal), whether via Teleport or without it; • by itself, or the fact of the posting which violates the right of a third-party rights (including without limitation, intellectual rights and confidentiality); • shows another person if the content was created / distributed without the knowledge of that person and without providing an opportunity to refuse to create or distribute it, or contains an image of children, even if you are present in the photo, or endangers their safety. Please do not forget about common sense while publishing, uploading or sending to someone your selected Content on Teleport, as you are the one responsible for it. In case of systematic violation of the rules, we may suspend you from using Teleport by deactivating or blocking your account. We may also delete materials posted by you if we believe that it violates the rules or is illegal. The user of the website is an individual who is over 18. The username and password selected by the User are necessary and sufficient information for the User to access the website. The user does not have a right to transfer his username and password to third parties, and is fully responsible for their safety, independently choosing the method of their storage. Teleport has the right to refuse to accept your profile (or any part of it) without explaining the reasons. Teleport ensures the functioning and operability of the website and undertakes to quickly restore its performance in case of technical errors and interruptions. The administration of the messenger is not responsible for temporary failures and interruptions in the work of the messenger and the loss of information caused by them. The Administration is not responsible for any damage to the User's or other person's computer, mobile devices, any other hardware or software caused by or related to downloading materials from the site or from links posted on the site. Your personal data, such as email addresses You cannot publish your or someone else’s contact or bank information on your page, for example: names, home and postal addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, URLs. If you decide to disclose your personal data to other users, by e-mail or in another way, you will do so at your own risk. We recommend and call on you (and all our users) to think about the information that they disclose about themselves. Content Ownership Rights Please note that by uploading Content to Teleport, you hereby confirm that: • You are the exclusive author and owner of this Content, • You have been granted the right to use and publish Content; or • You have received approval and authority to use and publish this Content. By uploading Content to Teleport, you hereby confirm that: you automatically grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, global license to use this Content in any way (including, without limitation, editing, copying, modification, translation, reformation, use in other materials, production of derivative materials, advertising, distribution and publication Content for a wide range of users, in parts or in whole in any format and on any medium that already exists or will be developed in the future). We have the right to disclose your personal information to a third party if we receive a complaint from it that the Content uploaded by you to our application or website violates their copyright, privacy rights or any other law. Final provisions 1. These rules constitute an agreement between the User and Teleport (Site Administration) regarding the use of the site and its functionality and replace all previous agreements between the User and the Administration. 2. These rules are regulated and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. Issues not regulated by the rules are subject to resolution in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. 3. In case of any disputes or disagreements related to the implementation of these rules, the User and the Site Administration will make every effort to resolve them through negotiations between them. If the disputes are not resolved through negotiations, the disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Republic of Armenia. 4. These rules come into force for the User from the moment he joins them and are valid for an indefinite period. 5. These rules are written in Russian and can be provided to the User for review in another language. 6. If, for one reason or another, one or more provisions of these rules are declared invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions. 7. In case of non-compliance with these rules, you will be warned, or (depending on the violation) you will be immediately blocked. If you continue to violate the rules, we will delete your profile, and your data may be transferred to law enforcement agencies. The rules exist in order to make Teleport comfortable for all users.
